QUALIFICATIONS:

o    At least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse

o    Strong IV skills

o    Home infusion experience preferred

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o        Comprehensive nursing assessment

o        Establish IV access

o        Patient teaching and/or instructions of medication and disease process

o        Medication administration

o        Patient safety, monitoring, and follow-up

o        Managing the nursing functions of the site

o    Coordinating patient care with pharmacist and physician
