The Johns Hopkins HomeCare Group provides one-on-one care to patients in the familiar settings of their own homes. Our future growth includes an Infusion Suite as well as offices in Montgomery County and the Eastern Shore.

Currently, we have an opening for a RN Manager in the Home Infusion division.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising 11 full time and 7 per visit staff, with an average census of 250 patients
- Ongoing management of Infusion Nursing and ensuring compliance with Agency, State and Federal           standards
- Ensuring nursing coverage for infusion patients
- Coordinating and ensuring implementation of the multi-disciplinary infusion care plan with referral             sources and staff assignments
-Validating, monitoring and maintaining written communication and information necessary for insurance     reimbursement of home health services
- Reviewing case and documentation to ensure compliance with the standards of reimbursement, the Joint     Commission and agency
- Ensuring quality care through policy and procedure review, staff development and education
- Participating in quality improvement activities, hiring process, quarterly and annual goal setting for the     team and the budgeting process
- Attending management, case conference, performance improvement and staff meetings; including             one-on- one reviews with each staff member

Requirements:
- Two years Home health experience; IV or oncology experience preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of The Joint Commission standards and other regulatory agencies.
- Supervisory experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
