The global innovation management team at Henkel is responsible to execute and deliver on a strategically aligned portfolio of projects. These high impact innovations are required to meet Henkel's ambitious top and bottom line growth targets.


 



 


 


What we offer


Position can be MC3b or MC3a, depending on candidates current level and experience.
Lead multiple Innovation Projects
Manage / facilitate regular interaction between innovation team members in a virtual team environment to speed project pace
Work with team to define project milestones in alignment with global Strategic Business Unit/Steering Unit plans and Innovation Strategy, manage accordingly. Milestones include financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning and/or risk analysis
Lead cross-functional project team(s) to accomplish the project deliverables
Identify potential key project gaps / hurdles and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business and timeline targets.
Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress
Oversee product launch stage in Adhesives Development Process (ADP) to ensure adequate quality before launch.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Bachelors degree in relevant Technical / Marketing / Business field. Masters degree is a plus.
5-10 years experience in International Industrial environment. Experience with 2+ years in Product Development, Technical Customer Service, or Marketing is a plus.
Experience leading or managing complex projects
Ability to lead and influence without formal authority. Experience working on or leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communications / team leadership skills
Excellent project management skills
5% - 15% travel requirements (International and Domestic)
