Job Description:
The primary objective for the Inside Sales Account Executive is to sign up new service professionals to the BestContractors.com subscription program in categories and markets where they are poised to have great long-term success.
Job Duties:
- Consistently sales targets to achieve monthly goals.
- Work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Serve as a main point of contact for an existing base of customers across multiple sales territories
- Develop, implement, and manage activities to qualify and pre-sell opportunities via telephone prospecting to targeted customer lists.
- Transition qualified accounts to outside sales team members
- Collaborate with internal resources to share information, coordinate sales and ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction; driving new revenue growth from satisfied customers
- Maintain continuous involvement in strategic planning and proactive territory management
- Maintain accurate information about forecasts, prospects, and customers in our Customer Relationship Management systems for leadership decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have Associates Degree, 4-Year degree preferred
- At least 2-3 years of sales or business development experience preferred
- Proven record of achievement
- Team player
· Professional verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic, a good sense of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Excellent selling skills with a proven track record in account acquisition and retention
- Excellent business communications skills and proficiency with MS Office and other business programs.
