Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for all phases of the sales process from establishing new accounts through cold calling and networking, assessing the customers’ needs, presenting viable technology options, negotiating competently and consistently moving the customer towards commitment. You will focus your sales efforts to ensure success through results. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks will facilitate the monitoring current marketplace information which will allow the account manager to stay abreast of the industry and the competition.
Required Skills:
· Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
· Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations
· Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and work in a multi-windows environment
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
