About the Job
Company Background: Well capitalized three year old company buys foreclosed properties in bulk and resells units individually. Company has bought over 2000 properties and sold in excess of 1,500 in the last three years. Properties are sold using several channels including direct investor sales, internet auction sites and internet real estate sites.
Job Description: Sales position with hours during the week of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Must also be willing to answer email questions after hours. Job is to help us sell the properties we buy in bulk one at a time to investors. Creativity, an ability to build relationships and a good working knowledge of the internet will insure your success.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 yrs real estate or mortgage sales experience. Will consider candidates with proven success in sales regardles of real estate experience
College degree required
Must be able to provide evidence of past sales success in previous position(s)
Motivated
Willing to work in a team environment
Ability to develop relationships over the phone very important
Understanding of internet related technologies a must
Honesty and a willingness to act in an ethical fashion 100% of the time critical
Compensation: Position comes with a monthly base salary of $3k depending upon experience level. In addition to the base salary, our sales people earn commissions on a monthly basis. This position is for six figure income earners only. We expect all of our Sales Agents to earn $50,000 - $100,000 per year. We also offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k. All are available immediately upon hire.
