Inside Sales Associate  Job Description:

We are hiring Inside Sales Associates for our client in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Inside Sales Associates will be responsible for assisting customers in the coordination of every aspect of the purchase and guiding customers through the entire experience.

The Inside Sales Associates will assist customers wishing to avoid the normal process of purchasing a car at the dealership and dealing with high pressure car salesmen.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordination of vehicle location, pricing, insurance, products, financing, delivery, etc.
- Meeting the minimum standard performance in terms of unit delivery
- After sales follow-up with customer
- Follow-up and resolve any issues in accordance to company policy

Hours:

- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

- Saturday
- 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

- Sunday
- 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Candidates will be required to work two or three Saturdays a month and one Sunday a month.

Compensation:

- $24,000 base plus monthly commissions
- Bonus potential is $1,800 a month +
