Description:
Inbound inside sales position in the financial services sector. Responsible for processing various incoming sales focused phone calls for assigned client in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations; as required; establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided.
Hours: 6am-Midnight, Monday-Sunday

Qualifications:
- High school education or GED required
- Minimum 6 months customer service, sales or related experience required. One year of full time college course work from an accredited school in pursuit of a degree may be substituted for required experience.
- Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific department, project or client. They must successfully complete and achieve an acceptable level on job-related testing.
- Experience in financial services preferred
