Our associates will effectively and efficiently provide sales services including lead generation, full account management and sole territory coverage on behalf of some of the nation's leading organizations. Specific tasks may include:
- Prospecting to generate new business
- Contacting client-provided qualified leads to attain sales through presentations via the telephone
- Answering product-related questions, gathering new customer data
- Providing problem resolution while maintaining the highest standard of customer service
- Maintaining product knowledge to maximize selling opportunities while utilizing computer-based applications to accurately maintain the required client documentation
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education:
- High school education or GED required.

Experience:
- Minimum 6 months customer service, sales or related experience required. One year of full time college course work from an accredited school, in pursuit of a degree, may be substituted for required experience.
- Candidates must successfully complete and achieve an acceptable level on job-related testing.
- Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific departments, projects or clients, which could include the following preferred experience(s): consumer packaged goods, insurance, small appliance, military, fitness industry, furniture/bedding, financial services, grocery, restaurant, food industry, durable medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, lead generation, telecommunications or wireless industry.

Other:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, or English and French may be required for a specific department, project or client.
- Ability to travel may also be required.
