POSITION: Inside Sales Coordinator – National Accounts
DEPARTMENT: Inside Sales
Essential Job Responsibilities:
● Receives incoming calls for customer products (includes specifying equipment when the customer is uncertain which piece of equipment is appropriate)
● Inputs product orders into the computer and ensures accuracy of orders. Notifies customer of product prices, delivery dates, and technical information regarding products and parts. Provides written price quotations per customer request for standard and special equipment. Ensures customer is kept informed of all information and changes regarding pending orders.
● Works with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Shipping to coordinate all pricing and delivery issues
● Coordinates delivery, installation and invoicing of equipment for National Account Customers.
● Corresponds with Inside Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager regarding customer accounts and resolves problems.
Essential Requirements:
● College Degree or equivalent experience
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Ability to understand CAD Drawings
● Ability to understand difficult oral and written instructions
● Technical knowledge of parts and products
● Proficiency of data processing applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with J D Edwards software a plus
