Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries related to their debit card including account balance, PIN reset and transaction information.
- Communicate with customers in a polite, timely, and concise manner.

- Apply client policies and procedures, as applicable on each call.
- Additional duties as assigned.
If you:
- enjoy helping people,
- are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,
- have at least one year of customer service experience,
- are computer savvy and have a complete home office,
- currently live in the state of Kentucky,
- are available to work at least 25 hours per week, including weekdays, some weekends, and some holidays,
- are willing to submit to a credit/background check, fingerprinting, and drug testing as a condition of employment,
