Gotickets.com is a leader in the secondary ticket market and strives to provide easy access to purchasing tickets to major concerts, sports and theatre events nationwide. 

 

As a customer service representative of Gotickets.com you will work in a high paced environment with time sensitive demands.  It is important to remember that you are the most important component of the company in large part because you are the first and last person a client will interact with when using our services. 

 

A qualified candidate for this position will posses excellent customer service skills including the ability to multi task, handle a high volume of customer phone calls and email and effectively manage client concerns with regards to their order.  All customer service representatives must demonstrate patience and excellent listening skills in order to provide clients with the best service possible.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

-Confirm and process online and phone orders in a timely manner

-Provide excellent customer support via phone and email

-Assist customers over the phone in locating tickets for any event according to their specific needs

-Respond in a timely manner to customer concerns or inquiries in regards to ticket sales and/or shipment of their tickets

-Follow up with suppliers to ensure receipt of purchase orders for client ticket purchases

-Perform other tasks as assigned

 

Minimum Requirements:

-Bachelors degree (preferred but not required)

-Excellent customer service skills

-1-2 year’s previous customer service experience

-Excellent oral/written communication skills

-Previous experience with Microsoft Office
