Inside Sales Development Manager

EFI is seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to support the channel sales efforts and to act as point of contact for EFI Resellers and to assist the EFI Sales Development Managers, Technical Sales Specialists and the reseller channel. An ISR ensures EFI products are promoted and sold throughout the reseller channel by providing the following pre-sales support services. This position will report and work out of EFI’s Norcross, GA office or EFI’s Scottsdale, AZ office.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve pre-sales inquiries (email and phone) from reseller channel.
- Monitor various marketing and sales databases.
- Provide Web-based weekly training sessions to reseller channel.
- Maintain regular contact and strategy sessions with Dealer Principals and Dealer Sales Management to drive sales of EFI products.
- Provide regular follow up to reseller channel to communicate pricing and program enhancements and manage reseller programs with their assigned dealers.
- Maintain dealer contact data base.
- Qualify all inbound leads (phone, email, trade show) and distribute to appropriate reseller channel.
- Work with EFI Sales Development Managers to drive product training and assist resellers with account specific sales strategies.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to Fiery and Solutions resellers.
- Initiate outbound sales call campaigns to reseller channel.
- Track and manage sales cycles with dealer sales representatives for EFI products.
- Responsible for business reporting and forecasting for their assigned territory through use of Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 5 years work experience in inside sales, field sales support, or customer support; proven problem solving ability.
- Solid technical working knowledge of PC’s, networks and applications.
- Fluent with MS applications, PC’s and webcast method of communication.
- Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
- Good presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- Experience and previous training on EFI fiery products and solutions products (MicroPress, Fiery Central, SendMe and Digital Store Front).
- College degree preferred.
