Inside Sales Executive - Atlanta
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for sales of Manpower staffing services to clients. This position will achieve sales quotas through handling assigned territories and verticals and call on new prospective clients to create new business opportunities or market the products and services of the staffing program. Tasks involve calling prospective clients to qualify new business prospects or generate leads and new business, presenting product offers, gathering new customer data, and securing qualified appointments for Metro Sales Executives (MSE) or Regional Sales Executives (RSE). The Inside Sales Executive is expected to leverage existing contact base, network and prospect for new opportunities and consistently apply superior salesmanship to win competitive opportunities.
Primary Job Functions:
- Ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities for Manpower by selling company services through directed outbound calls and cold calling
- Work closely with Metro and/or Regional Sales Executives to schedule appointments and determine new business opportunities
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Manpower
- Spend 75% of the time engaged in outbound sales activities to schedule qualified appointments for the MSE/RSE to meet with prospective customers
- Generate relationships with potential customers through consistent verbal and written communication
- Pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification, account qualification and need analysis at all prospect levels
- Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Record daily and weekly sales activity reporting, including backlog and opportunity tracking, sales call activity, and related information
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 year experience in a staffing sales environment with experience in respective region verticals of focus preferred.
- A successful person will consistently achieve, follow-through at a high level when completing tasks and have demonstrated this ability to perform and follow through in previous work/their career history.
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to see projects and tasks to fruition
- Excellent documentation
- Ability to use Microsoft office products and other business tools (salesforce.com) to track activity
