Job Description:
We are currently seeking career minded individuals to join a well established number one ranked growing company in Utah. This company is expanding their sales and account management teams to start immediately. This company is a web hosting company that sells websites. Previous inside sales experience is a must

Duties include
• Explain the web site creation process
• Assist in account verification and setup (server setup, domain name selection, etc.)
• Gather and organize web site content (text, images, etc.)
• Offer enhancements and web site upgrades
• Provide customer support throughout the web site creation process
• Serve as the customer’s main point of contact
• Conduct e-mail correspondence with customers
• Submit and complete internal tasks, as needed
Skills Needed:
Assessments will be given on the following:
• PC basic computer standard user knowledge
• Basic web page terms and navigation
• Typing test
• Data entry testing (alpha and numeric)
• Email capabilities
• Customer call center testing
• Sales - inbound/outbound sales skills
• Customer service call center evaluation
Eligibility
• Must receive a 70% or above on all screenings
• Must have 2 positive reference checks
• Must pass requirements for background and drug testing
o Background check (7 year felony & misdemeanor)
o 6 panel drug screening
• Strong work history

This position is a base pay plus commission position. Unlimited opportunities with the commissions
