Primary duties and Responsibilities: | · To lead and manage remotely based Inside Sales Support Reps · To serve as first line of support for remotely based Inside Sales Support Reps for logistics, customer issues, system and procedural questions, advice, and issue escalation · Assisting with customer and business issues. Serving as communication interface between Inside Sales Support Reps and internal departments · Communicate initiatives and strategies in a positive manner; build trust with team; motivate and build morale; and develop relationships with internal and external resources · Understand individual development needs of each member of the Inside Sales Support team; proactively coach team members, catering to specific needs; help with career growth; and provide recognition for goal attainment, progress, activities, and skill development · Responsible for ongoing education for the inside sales team to ensure all standard requirements are being met. · Create training programs as required and develop operating processes / procedures. · On-going training of staff to support company's objectives. · Responsible for ensuring there is ample support for all customers · Provide regular feedback to management on initiatives and challenges |
Qualifications: | · Ability to inspire, motivate and influence others to continually achieve their best · Demonstrated customer focus · 5+ years of reseller channel experience · Ability to understand business objectives and consistently manage details of execution · Results driven, self motivated individual with strong business acumen · Strong multi-tasking skills · Exercise good judgment and utilize creative problem solving skills · BA / BS degree in business
