Our Inside Sales Manager will oversee and enhance all sales
efforts by our National Sales Representatives.
You will oversee the research on prospects, cold calling, and coaching
our Representatives to produce multiple programs across our brand platforms, utilizing
various channel offerings such as print, custom projects, and Emedia. This role is responsible for managing the staff
to exceed their targets and met the metrics for the business.
To be successful in this role you will have a 5 years of
progressive inside sales management experience within healthcare/pharma
(preferred), selling advertising/Emedia.
You will have managed varying numbers of sales staff with a demonstrated
record of accomplishment(s) for selling across multiple brands and platforms,
such as print, projects, and Emedia. A
college degree and/or equivalent experience in marketing and sales is a strong
plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
SalesForce.com and/or other sales tools is preferred.
