Uline seeks an Inside Sales Manager at its Chicago Branch in Waukegan, IL (south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help oversee Inside Sales / Quotes operations.
• Oversee and review product quotes.
• Work with Branch Manager to ensure the best customer service.
• Help set and monitor performance standards.
• Train and mentor Quotes Representatives.
• Establish and monitor quote margins and quality control.
• Help develop new procedures and systems to increase sales growth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of Inside Sales / Quotes / Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Travel to domestic and international branches as needed.
