Does this describe you?
You get results through people. You love to lead people and help them achieve their goals. You set goals and measure the progress toward those goals. You face obstacles and challenges with a positive and optimistic approach, you have a high sense of urgency to make things happen and love working in a fast paced environment where deadlines are met and kept daily. In your personal life, you buy things of quality and are willing to pay for good service while expecting the company you buy from to stand by their products and services.
Because of that, you prefer to sell a quality product, one in which your customers can depend on. You have high goals and expectations of yourself and that is reflected in what you expect in performance from your people. Because of that, people may see you as focused, and at the same time, you’re not inflexible. You can successfully negotiate conflicts with customers where the resolution is felt to be fair and both parties needs are met.
