Inside Sales Rep
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and maintaining client relationships through a highly focused set of sales skills, including:
§ Cold and warm prospecting over the phone
§ Following up and staying in contact with existing client relationships
§ Nurturing client relationships
§ Selling Santa Rosa’s staffing services
§ Utilizing email campaigns coupled with phone campaigns
§ Comfortable with and proficient in speaking with C-suite, hiring managers, and gate keepers
§ Meet and exceed quotas
A successful Inside Sales Representative has experience in a fast paced environment that is results driven and forward thinking. Inside Sales Representatives will be knowledgeable in phone sales skills, proficient with email communication, have a willingness to learn and grow and is adaptable to changing environments.
§ College degree or work equivalent
§ Previous healthcare industry experience desired
§ Strong communicator via both phone and email
§ Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience
§ “Hunter” mentality
§ Thorough knowledge of prospecting
§ Proven ability to close business over the phone
