Inside Sales Rep – Lead Generation IT Services
The Inside Sales Representatives is responsible for generating strong business development leads and establishing collaborative relationships with the Sales Directors. The Inside Sales Representative will play an integral role in the achievement of our objective of developing its market position in the US by maximizing revenue/profit growth through the acquisition of new service accounts.
REQUIREMENTS AND ATTRIBUTES:
· At least 4 years demonstrated success in a combination of Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management roles, within an IT services Company.
· Responsible for the daily management and tracking of Qualified Sales Leads to ensure appropriate follow up.
· Strong IT Services background; ability to understand and articulate software and services concepts, problems, opportunities and ROI
· Effectively resolve issues and queries at first point of contact or through an agreed follow-up process. Ensure that all agreed actions are followed through to completion.
· Willingness and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment; using own initiative and decision-making ability to resolve issues reactively and proactively.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred
