Summary
We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
Identifies prospective customers via outbound phone calling
Sets up appointments with companies and law firms for the assigned region manager
Manages the sales cycle for small prospects for all CPANA products and services
Participates in on-going sales and marketing programs, trade-shows, direct mail campaigns, etc…
Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
Builds and maintains customer relationships
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
Meets or exceeds individual quotas and group goals as set by the VP, Sales
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and 3-4 years working in a sales and account management role
Experience grasping customer needs quickly
Communicating value proposition in an effective manner
Prospecting and manage sales pipelines
Communicating with customers in a professionally manner
