Aptude, Inc. (www.aptude.com) a leading provider of I.T. services and outsourcing currently has a position open for a full-time Inside Sales Rep. Based in Aurora, Illinois Aptude offers IT professional consulting services targeting Fortune 1000 prospects. In addition, our technology focus resides around ERP, Middleware, Business Intelligence (BI) using Oracle based technology professionals.
The Inside Sales Rep will have 6 months to 2+ years of practical cold calling experience.
Position Summary:
The successful inside sales person will make between 75 and 120 outbound cold calls per day. This is a 90% calling role. The individual will utilize an in-house database for a list of prospects with the purpose of generating business-to-business referrals and appointments. The cold calling specialist should also have the ability to research, identify, communicate and work with prospective and existing clients in a professional and integrity minded fashion. In addition, the cold calling specialist will gain exposure to new technologies and will be expected to gather an overall competency level that allows him/her to discuss advantages and disadvantages of such with the prospects and clients.
Job responsibilities may include:
* 10% = Researching Clients, identifying prospects, researching technologies (overview)
* 90% = Calling / follow up Calls

Compensation: ($13.00 - $18.00) /hour
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1/2 hour lunch Monday thru Friday
