The Business Development Team at Employment Plus is in search of motivated inside sales individuals in Bloomington, IN to join our group as Inside Sales Representatives.  The core responsibility is to make phone calls to potential clients, identify & build relationships over the phone, schedule appointments and present our sales process via webinar to prospective clients.  

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospect, sell and develop new business to business account relationships over the phone.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify sales opportunities.
• Educate prospective clients on the benefits of utilizing our services.
• Plan and conduct sales presentations for clients to attend via webinar.
• Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards are achieved.
• Maintain familiarity with the marketplace, competitors, and their products for potential future sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma is required, some college is preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with outbound, B2B cold calling is required.
• Experience in the temporary staffing industry, human resources, recruiting, customer service or account management is preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and skilled at getting through to the decision maker.
• Energy, enthusiasm, conviction, perseverance, and commitment.
• Demonstrated capability in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Strong personal sales ability, including objection management and closing skills.
