INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE`

Fast growing sales organization seeks a highly self motivated candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills to join their dynamic team.  The successful candidate will need to have the ability to make 40+ outbound calls daily to businesses nationwide utilizing a variety of sources including in-house data base.  This position provides first point of contact sales information via telephone and e-mail to prospective customers.  8:30am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri -  Drug test and background check will be administered.  High-energy, diverse team in a small office environment.  Requirements:

Minimum 3 years sales and office experience

Ability to close a sale on every call

Outstanding Customer service experience within a related industry (flooring/construction etc.) is preferred

Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to follow-through to resolution

Ability to interpret building construction drawings

Strong verbal/written English communication skills

Proficient in MS Word & Excel & Power Point

Good organization/multi tasking skills

Bilingual Spanish preferred
