Inside Sales Position, talk with customers on the telephone, enter and process sales orders.  Assist outside salespeople with pricing and availbility of product.

Duties:

- Answer the telephone, greet customers.

- Take and enter customer orders.

- Quote price and lead times to customers, research product for customers.

- Process fax, e-mail and electronic orders.

- Interface with manufacturers and suppliers, place orders with suppliers, expedite orders.

- Counter sales.

- Provide technical assistance

- Identify and forward sales leads to outside sales personnel.
