Job Description

Inside sales position, working in a team environment. Daily responsibilities will include, taking inbound customer calls and making outbound calls within a specified territory, utilizing Act database to manage new and existing accounts.  Handle all inquiries from customers ranging from entering sales orders, quoting prices, addressing customer service issues and responding to questions regarding products. 

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in the related field. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to organize tasks and work independently. Some travel is required. Capable of preparing, analyzing, and interpreting sales reports. Familiar with a variety of sales techniques, practices and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ACT, Goldmine preferred.  SAP experience highly preferred.
