A privately owned global company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.  The ideal candidate should have a college degree (preferably mechanical or industrial engineering) and should also be bi-lingual (English and Spanish).  Candidate should have good verbal communicative skills and computer skills in MS Office or similar.  Preferably three years of customer service experience in industrial products field.

The person hired will be the internal liaison with customers in supporting the selling effort and insuring customers' needs are communicated with production and quality control.  Receive, review, forward, track, and follow-up on customer quotation and orders, insuring all orders are acknowledged within two working days.  Produce and maintain sales reports including daily bookings, shipments, monthly sales, RMA's, and sales-by-customer reports.  Will call on customers as directed by Sales Manager and participate in trade shows as directed.  Assist accounting in customer billing, and assist accounts receivable on past due accounts when requested.  Assist in the development of product brochures and literature.  Through phone and e-mail, maintain monthly contact with all existing customers, promoting the company to assigned customers.  Assist Sales Manager in updating list price sheet in collaboration with cost accounting and production.  Will perform any and all other duties assigned.

Position reports directly to Sales Manager.
