Job Summary

 

We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, sales driven, team oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join our Inside Sales team.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth.
  • Call current customers within territory to detail products, services and to secure orders.
  • Call prospective customers to explain types of service or product offered.
  • Develop product knowledge essential to building customer relationship.
  • Use active listening and sales techniques to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of customers and prospects. Enter information into contact management software.
  • Develop list of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.

 

 Job Qualifications

 

  • Two years of inside sales outbound telemarketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry, calling into hospitals
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Siebel CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Must have an “achiever” approach to sales
  • Must have a positive attitude and desire to work with a great team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi task
