INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
One of the top distributors in the nation for industrial supplies, has an opening for an experienced Inside Sales representative in our Norfolk, VA branch. Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following markets: industrial, material handling, steel, and/or safety.
The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, created new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriated gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
Job duties will include: Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner, accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns, maintain proficiency in using personal computer and other common office equipment and software, follow company policies and procedures, present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors and perform other duties as assigned.
