Job Description

Inside Sales Representative

Purpose/Function:
 
Solicits orders for wireless products or services and provides high quality customer service over the telephone by performing the following duties.
 
Major Essential Functions
  • Drives pre-determined customers to www.brightpointonline.com for online order status.
  • Achieves all monthly and quarterly goals assigned.
  • Solicits orders from current and prospective customers within assigned territory.
  • Provides product information, manufacturer and Brightpoint policy information to customers.
  • Attend product training as required
  • Maintains customer information and status of all assigned and prospective customers.

    Minor Essential Function
  • Responsible for 40 outgoing calls per day.


    • Experience and Skills:
    Qualification Requirements:
     
    • Bachelors degree
    • 2 years experience in a sales-related function
    • Good written and verbal communication skills, customer-service focused
    • Must be computer literate.
