A background in, or knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus. As an Inside Sales Representative, your daily activities would include: · Making and fielding a high volume of sales calls · Delivering webinars · Presenting, demonstrating and selling CoStar solutions (which are the most well respected web-based commercial real estate tools in the business!) Qualifications: BA/BS Degree preferred. 2 + years high volume outbound telephone sales/marketing experience. Excellent verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic, clear, or compelling speaking voice. The ideal candidate should: · Enjoy talking with business professionals at all levels with the ability to easily develop a professional rapport and adjust the message to match the audience. · Have the ability to learn and perform scripted telephone solicitation, to briefly introduce our company, products and services and close for demonstrations and sales. · Demonstrate a professional work ethic and willingness to collaborate as part of a team. · Demonstrate Good organizational skills with ability to persevere and follow through on task. · Detail oriented with good record keeping skills. · Effectively use of technologies, CRM, Microsoft applications.
