INSIDE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
An established and dynamic New Orleans based Information Technology Company seeks an experienced Inside Sales Support Representative with strong customer service skills and experience, sales/marketing aptitude, strong business-to-business and market development skills. Responsibilities include; pre and post sales coordination and support, developing proposals and contracts, proactive customer service, work hand-in-hand with sales team to support them and move initiatives forward, new project roll-outs, act as a liaison between customers, sales and our engineering team, product ordering/procurement, trade show/seminar coordination and various administrative duties. Overseeing and managing targeted mail campaigns to strategic prospect targets. Support existing business through proactive and frequent client touch and interaction to grow additional business and move strategic support initiatives. Manage client/prospect database and internal order process while supporting Sales Account Managers. Requirements are a minimum Associates Degree with 1-4 years relevant experience. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office and have experience with databases and /or sales and CRM tools (ACT, Access,CRM, etc.) Technical background/acumen is a plus. Professional sales minded individual with excellent time management, communication, decision making and organizational skills. Competitive compensation package including excellent benefits.
