Inside Sales to $75,000  

Summary:  Award-winning Life Quotes, Inc. (formerly Insure.com) has immediate openings for in-house life

insurance sales agents at our Darien, IL headquarters call center.  Our team of 60 in-house

agents is now expanding to 100 to accommodate our growth.

We’ll also consider new college graduates with sales experience.

As an in-house Account Executive, you’ll receive 10-15 fresh, incoming life insurance leads per

day, which are produced from our $6 million national advertising campaign. We also have a

contract to handle all life insurance for GEICO, so we’re really busy!

After these prospects contact you, you will spend the majority of your day staying in touch with

these leads, advising them and writing orders. In this model, you will write 80-90 applications

per month after a training period of about 60 days.  

This fast-paced, call center, insurance sales position requires you to adhere to set scripts and

procedures at all times as quality control is paramount in our shop.

Our 25-company database makes it fast and easy to sell policies even when applicants have health problems.

In-House Agent Compensation Package:

  Starting hourly rate of $30,000 per year ($14.50 per hour + overtime)

  After that you can earn performance bonuses paid upon actual sales results. Our top agents are currently earning between $2,000 and $5,000 per month in bonuses!

Onsite Time Commitment: 40-45 hrs. per week is typical.  We're also open nights and weekends adn we rotate our agents for those shifts to be fair to all.

Qualifications:

  Proven sales skills or high desire with indicated ability to learn sales (we will train new college graduates who show strong desire and initiative).

  No more than 2 employers since 2006 (not including part-time jobs while in school).

  Strong, clear verbal and written skills.

  Solid typing (35wpm+) and computer keyboard skills are required; familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel a plus.

  You must obtain and hold a valid IL Life and Health Producer’s license on start date. (You must pay all the costs for obtaining an IL license, we’ll then pay for, own and maintain ownership of any needed out-of-state licenses.)
