BACKGROUND AND OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

iCall (www.icall.com) is a fast-growing provider of VoIP solutions to consumers, resellers and distributors worldwide. iCall provides its clients with a wide variety of VoIP services ranging from FREE Desktop services to its most successful, feature-rich, iPhone VoIP application.

iCall has an inside sales position open within its emergent Wholesale Carrier Division, which provides carriers, ISPs, distributors, resellers, and calling card distributors with turnkey state-of-art VoIP services at very competitive prices. The goal of the Inside Telesales Executive will be to prospect for new channel partners and resellers worldwide. The Inside Telesales Executive will search for new resellers, contact these resellers in order to explain the benefits of iCall’s solutions, close deals and nurture the relationship in order to guarantee a recurring stream of revenues.

 

Position Description

The ideal candidate will:

  • Identify new resellers worldwide by conducting web research, monitoring the web for prospective distributors, cold calling, emailing, etc.
  • Follow up on all incoming leads.
  • Explain the benefits that such resellers will experience by taking advantage of VoIP and offering iCall’s services.
  • Close sales partnerships with the resellers.
  • Nurture resellers by meeting the ongoing challenges that exist in expanding their business through customizing marketing plans, enhancing the product line and sharing successful experiences that have worked well in other markets.
  • Demonstrate a solid sales track record in a hunting role.

 

Skills/QualificationsThe candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong communications skills (oral and written) for both internal and external needs.
  • Solid ability to locate and "lock-in" new channel partners.
  • Driven self-starter.
  • Proven closing capabilities.
  • Overcomes obstacles by problem solving and collaboration.
  • Ability to work within a competitive and cooperative team setting
  • Track sales performance.
  • Complete fluency in ENGLISH is a MUST. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a PLUS.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • College degree is a PLUS.

 

CompensationCompensation will consist of a base salary of $25-$30K and a commission plan based upon a combination of first time and recurring sales. Qualified personnel can make between $50K-$60K per year if successful.
