Installation Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Design and install Broadview Security alarm systems, including equipment testing, system capabilities overview and operation training for customers
• Manage inventory of security equipment and related components
• Establish an account in customer database and complete all necessary paperwork, including work orders, service orders, time logs and emergency information schedule
• Assist in promotion and sale of additional security equipment/services
• Operate and maintain assigned Company vehicle
• Train new installation technicians when proficient in all of the above duties

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience required performing similar installation duties, preferably residential alarm security, cable television, telephone service, home improvement industries, low voltage structured wiring, electrical apprentice, satellite installation and/or CCTV installation
• Professional appearance and conduct required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
