Job skills performed by an Installer will include, but are not limited to:
  • Must have good communication skills in presenting to customers, co-workers, and supervisors in order to make sure the customers and company’s needs are met.
  • Ability to perform equipment installation and start-ups on all residential/commercial sites.
  • Install and/or perform service on IAQ products/equipment on all residential/commercial job sites.
  • Ability to follow controls/wiring diagrams and schematics. 
  • Current install supervisor position is available if employee demonstrates they are qualified.

A Company vehicle will be provided to and from job sites.  Company uniforms provided along with required safety PPE.



This position requires the following:

  • High school diploma or GED;
  • Journeyman’s license a plus;
  • Ability to solder/weld/braze and perform minor field fabrication;
  • Ability to work overtime/night/weekend hours as required;
  • Must have the ability to be part of a team; must work with and assist other co-workers as needed; and
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug-screen, and MVR driving record check.
