The Deloitte Change Management and Learning Solutions group is currently searching for a Training Professional Senior Consultant.

Performance Profile/Position Description:
Candidates in this position will:
· Apply knowledge of instructional theory, technical writing and adult learning principles to develop and implement training strategies and plans for ERP implementations in the public sector.
· Help develop
Training Strategy including audience analysis, training capabilities assessment, role based curricula development, courseware development approach, and learning environment assessment
· Work with business process leads, functional leads, and configuration / development teams to capture process / workflow / screen information and convert into course content (using appropriate tools)
· Assist with preparations of delivery environment for the delivery of training (e.g. populating training environment with data)
· Test courseware and works with business and functional leads to validate
· Assist, provide QA oversight, and deliver training per strategy and plans
Position-specific Requirements:
· Must have 3+ years relevant work experience
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required
· Must have 2+ experienced working with public service clients, preferred 2+ years experience supporting DOD clients
· 2+
years experience working for a consulting firm with demonstrated career growth
· 2+ years demonstrated ability with Learning and Knowledge Management Programs
· 3+ years demonstrated expertise (substantiated by reference) in developing solution deliverables in the Education OR Learning, AND, Content Development and Delivery solution areas
· 2+ years demonstrated experience coordinating project tasks
· 3+ years working directly with client on project issues
· 3+ years experience in supporting Education and Training Solutions such as: Learning Management Systems, Learning Content Management Systems, eLearning, Distance Learning, and Blended Learning
· Must be clearable; active security clearance preferred
