We are working
exclusively with our client in locating two Instructional Designers/Training
Developers to assist with the development of technical documentation as well as
training materials that will either be uploaded to an LMS or made available via
Intranet. In this role, you will be formatting and editing training
material.

The training courses are uploaded. Manual pages are
published to an intranet site, but not loaded into the LCMS. Deliverables will include Participant
Materials, Instructor Guides, online manual pages, Breeze presentations,
Captivate demonstrations and simulations.

Must Haves:

• Must
  have Instructional design experience, excellent writing skills
• Must
  have developed training in Captivate and Breeze
• Excellent
  writing skills
• One
  or more of these: DreamWeaver, Snag-it, Adobe Photoshop. 

Additional Desired Skills:

• Previous
  experience working with content management systems or LMSs is desired
• Adobe
  Dreamweaver experience is preferred
• Some
  HTML, experience with Snag-It and Photoshop will be helpful
• Financial
  experience preferred
• Adobe
  Captivate and Adobe Breeze experience is a plus

• Must
  be flexible with changing requirements

Soft skills:

• Can
  work independently, and yet can work as a team member. 
• Open
  to working the hours needed to complete the project
• A
  degree in English, technical writing, or instructional design is a plus

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 10 months with possibility of
extension. Initially on site in the early stages, then later can work off site but must be local.

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah. Local candidates only.
