Instructional Technologist
| Position Summary | Serve as a instructional technology consultant for a myriad of classroom and online learning requirements Work effectively to research, evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance instructional capabilities Collect and analyze data from piloting new technology capabilities introduced into the learning environment to assess the value in achieving learning objectives Coordinate the approval processes necessary to implement and support new technologies in the customer environment Evaluate and analyze training programs and recommend technology changes that improve the learning experience Participate in cross-functional project teams and use program management skills to deliver technology projects on time, and within budget; identify resources needed to accomplish goals; Represent the technology capabilities in client briefings and seek out opportunities to build strong relationships with instructors, instructional designers and multimedia developers. Provide technical support to instructors (train the trainers) for implemented training technology solutions
