The Art Institute of Jacksonville has Adjunct Instructor openings in the following departments:

Culinary: Bachelor’s degree in any field plus Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts

·         World or Asian Cuisine Lab: 7+ years of related work experience desireable

Web Design Interactive Media: Master’s degree or higher in related field

·         Intermediate to advanced courses in eCommerce, eLearning applications, project management and media wiriting; experience with Flash, Dreamweaver, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PHP. Captovate/Contribute experience highly desireable.

General Education – Master’s degree or higher in related field

·         Principles of Communication: speech class including communication theory

·         Fundamentals of Marketing

·         Career Development

·         Developmental Math
