Innovative Affiliate Responsibilities:

-The MST takes on the role of a sales associate- from the point of sale to the issuance of the policy.

-Manage client’s expectations, manage tasks, and manage your time.

-Responsible for building relationships with clients and becoming their advisor

-Educate and assist clients in using, maintaining and maximizing their coverage.

-Work with a team of highly skilled sales consultants’ to achieve monthly and annual goals.

Education/Experience Requirements:

A 4 year degree is preferred or experience in a sales environment, customer relationship management or equivalent customer service experience.
