The Buckner Company is currently seeking an Account Manager in Idaho Falls, ID. This position is responsible for strategic account management for commercial insurance and bonds. Candidate will be responsible for servicing and retaining business and servicing existing book of business. Candidate will also work in team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two years insurance experience preferred

• Perfect candidate will be currently licensed for property & casualty insurance. If the candidate is not, they must obtain a license within 90 days of hire
• Demonstrates proficiency in desktop application software including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Demonstrates fully proficient customer service, verbal and written skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize to meet established deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Demonstrates a consistent focus on achieving or surpassing results/goals
• Displays an enthusiastic, fully committed, and self-directed approach to work
• Represent The Buckner Company in a positive professional manner in the marketplace
• Ability to quickly adapt and change priorities
