Insurance Account Manager/CSR – Personal & Commercial Lines

Growing regional insurance agency seeking experienced Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR and Commecial Lines Account Manager/CSR.  These positions are the focal point of clients contact with our agency and the Account Manager must be able to explain, select and place their coverage.  The Account Manager needs to objectively assess the underwriting practices of our companies when placing insurance.  In addition to fundamental rating, underwriting and procedural skills, the Account Manager position requires excellent communication skills combined with sales ability.

Principle Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Provide superior service to our clients by promptly responding to inquiries.


• 
  
  Complete applications, place individual risk to ensure they meet our agency's standards and those of the companies we represent.


• 
  
  Make the correct sale with product, company and coverage recommendations based solely on the individual needs and desires of our clients.


• 
  
  Maintain individual customer files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company.


• 
  
  Review every individual client file at renewal to assess coverages and recommend changes when necessary. 


• 
  
  Solicit single policy customers for additional policy sales.


• 
  
  Applied TAM experience a plus.
