Sacramento healthcare company is looking for multiple Claims Processors to adjudicate, research and review claims. The Claims Processors will be determining benefits and financial responsibility, inputting data from HCFA-1500's and UB92's and prepare and respond to correspondence. Claims Processor candidates must have at least 1 + years of Managed Care Claims experience and have working knowledge of HCFA-1500's, CRVS, UB92, CPT, ICD-9 coding and claims processing guidelines.
