Property & Casualty claims application architecture design and implementation; document management and imaging design and implementation; telephony design and implementation, including Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR); vendor evaluation and selection for these technologies; integration of claims management solutions with policy administration systems, financial systems, and external service providers; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design and implementation. Experience with leading claims solutions, such as Guidewire ClaimCenter is a plus.

Candidate will be responsible for designing, estimating, and implementing claims application architectures, including integration between the claims systems and other client internal systems, as well as external service providers. Candidate will be expected to lead teams of client and PwC personnel of 5-10 people.

Job Requirements
-6-8 years of consulting experience with relevant industry experience in financial services, -Consulting and Client Services background, including sales cycle -Plan and conduct interviews, prepare reports, and communicate findings with Management -Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting on large engagements -Project Leadership for multiple large/complex engagements -Assist in management of projects from pre-sale, proposal and initial scoping through final delivery and sign-off -Research problems/issues and develop effective solutions while providing guidance as necessary to user -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
