Description: Established transportation-specialty agency of 40 employees between offices in Middleburg Heights, OH and New Rochelle, NY seeks bright, experienced self-starter able to service mid-large size P&C accounts.
Duties: To cultivate client relationships by handling or overseeing all aspects of day to day service, including applications, binders, marketing, policy changes, summaries of insurance and invoicing. Your duties will include analyzing needs and alternative solutions, negotiating with underwriters, preparing/presenting proposals, account rounding and cross-selling, taking advantage of your support team of brokers, claims professionals, marketing specialists, and administrative help.
Skills Desired: Strong typing; Excel, Word and agency management system (Applied Systems TAM software preferred); Property/Casualty coverage knowledge; P&C insurance license.
