This Position is Responsible For:
· Processes basic changes to existing policies for personal lines products.
· Typically handles only one product line (auto or homeowners) but this may vary by center work needs.
· Minimal agent and customer communication required
Minimum Qualifications include:
· You must have Property and Casualty License and experience in the insurance industry
· You must be willing to work evenings and weekends
· Oral and written communication skills for internal contacts.
· Ability to accurately code and process policy information.
· Ability to operate personal computer and related insurance processing and business software
· One year related work experience in a clerical, customer service or similar role.
· Basic knowledge of general business practices. Prefer familiarity with personal lines insurance products.
Compensation and Benefits:
