Longevity Alliance is looking for the right candidates to join our team as Personal Health Plan Advisors and Long-Term Care Plan Advisors on our Medicare Health Sales team and Long-Term Care Sales team at our operations and sales center.  We are stable, growth oriented and one of the most progressive national independent insurance brokerage sales companies in the area.

If these are words that describe you then you could be the ideal candidate to join our team as a Personal Health Plan Advisor or Long-Term Care Plan Advisor at Longevity Alliance.  In these dynamic roles you will be responsible for selling Medicare insurance products or Long-Term Care insurance products to new and current customers in an inbound and outbound national call center, focusing on insurance products for the senior market.  Agents are responsible for providing efficient and accurate information to prospective clients, while ensuring that they are meeting the practical and budgetary needs of the clients.  Each agent will be thoroughly trained in history, trends, regulations and compliance for the product line they are licensed to sell; as well as possess extensive product knowledge, marketing and competitive analysis of any related insurance products or ancillary senior products.  In addition to selling their product line, agents will be responsible for identifying potential cross-selling opportunities for all of our business lines. 


 


As the ideal candidate you will have a high school diploma, or GED equivalent, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; have two or more years of strong sales experience, health insurance and/or long-term care insurance sales experience preferred; a current health and life insurance license in their home state, with non-resident health and/or life insurance licenses in other states preferred; strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to assert a professional demeanor to both customers and co-workers; must be results driven and accepting of an ever-changing sales environment; must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; must possess an understanding of the senior market and the unique challenges and opportunities that the market presents; and must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
