TrustWay Insurance is a growing agency. Due to this growth we are looking for General Operators in several Alabama locations. As a General Operator you will have a strong support system including: training, marketing, sales, operational support and much more.

Job Requirements

• Have a P & C license (or be willing to receive personal support to pass your licensing exams)


• Have a solid 5-7 years of sales or management history


• Have excellent communication and relationship building skills


• Be highly driven, sales oriented, and self-managing


• Have the ability to operate a business with a focus on marketing and customer service


• Possess a strong sales drive and a commitment to excel


• Be financially sound, and have a good credit record


• A clean criminal history


• Be ethical and trustable
